Ordering, shipment, and delivery policy

 You may order and purchase products by registering on our website. In addition, we offer our customer’s different shipping options. Goods purchased from our website can be shipped for delivery within the UAE and also internationally.

You have the option to log in or register an account to order products to purchase goods and services from IRIX. You can use only one coupon code per order. It is the customer’s responsibility to complete billing and shipping information correctly. Customers are accountable if they did not receive their goods or services due to wrong billing information. 

They have to repay to receive their goods and services to their new billing information. The person that will accept the goods should be present in their address with the required personality confirmation document during hours of delivery.

 Customers can choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on delivery requirements. Shipping costs vary depending on the place of destination, urgency, and type of courier service. 

 Most in-stock orders will be shipped within our order processing time of 2 business days for UAE deliveries. For example, orders placed on Thursday after 12:00 am will begin processing on Sunday. Orders placed on an official holiday will begin processing the following business day.

If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your Order Number on your Order receipt, which will be sent to your email after completion of the ordering process.
