Questions we get asked
Do you sell to individuals or only to companies?
Both, but we are built for business. Companies, government buyers, resellers and export customers are the bulk of what we do, and trade pricing depends on volume.
Is the hardware brand new and under warranty?
Yes. Every unit is brand new in the manufacturer's sealed box, bought through brand offices and authorised distributors, and carries the manufacturer's warranty. IRIX never sells refurbished, used or open-box equipment.
How quickly do I get a quote?
Within one working day for anything we hold or can source through our regular channels. Special or end-of-life items take longer, and we say so upfront.
What is your minimum order?
There is no fixed minimum for UAE corporate orders. For trade and export pricing volume matters: send your list and we will show you where the price breaks are.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Yes. Export is a large part of the business: CIS, Africa and the Middle East. We prepare the export documents in Dubai and ship with the freight company you prefer.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer against a proforma invoice, with a VAT invoice for UAE orders and a zero-rated export invoice for shipments abroad. We do not take payment through the website; every order is confirmed by a person, so quantities, delivery and terms are agreed before you pay.
